• Support of all IT equipment for 5 individual customer sites on Windows and macOS environments, with 50 - 100 employees each and with over 1300 users in total • Providing 2nd and 3rd level support to colleagues and periodically supporting their 20+ additional site customers while maintaining good rapport • Maintaining up to date asset management, topology and any site documentation such as backup routines • Routinely checking server hardware, services running, backups and auditing user account’s level of access for GDPR compliance • Diagnosing, repairing or upgrading hardware in desktops and laptops, updating software, managing workstations encryption, and conducting logical data recovery on BYOD’s • Network design and management including routing, VLANs, firewall rules and firmware updates • IT planning and strategy for customer hardware, networked devices and software upgrade paths within any given specification • Project management including the tendering and procurement of hardware or services and working with multiple 3rd parties in the implementation of solutions • Responsible from start to end in the amalgamation of two schools, bridging two networks with VLANs and split-scope, project managing IT for two new buildings, setting up site wide secured printing, networking the PBX and handsets for VoIP system, data migration and user creation on new AD server and rebuilding all workstations to the latest Windows OS • Modernizing and automating tasks to manage customer networks more efficiently, moved from capture images per device to MDT, implementing software deployment from server, automated account management in Powershell

• Providing 1st level support to several customer sites on Windows based environments• Extensive problem-solving skills to enable quick support in new or previously encountered hardware, software or network faults, or any combination of them• Conduct all jobs and support tickets in a timely manner, prioritizing urgent support calls and updating documentation• Carrying out IT audits on hardware and proposing solutions for proposed or existing customers

• Providing IT support and training to all staff • Maintaining a range of desktop, laptop, server and printer hardware • Implementing domain controller and migrating all data from individual logins on devices • Implementing a database and importing a wide range of spreadsheets • Implementing VPN access for multiple concurrent users • Upgrade and support of a range of bespoke software • Managing web hosting and web development • Designing marketing material including logo, flyers and web content • Dealing with customers queries and sales
