1:HRIS-Make sure AFG structure is up to date based on requests received from the business and proactive check is required.-Employee transfers and internal changes and promotions are properly maintained over the system.-Leading the testing of any new modified system change.2:Payroll-Ensure payroll 4 eyes principle is applied by reviewing payroll entries.-Keep records of all payroll transaction.3:Medical Insurance-Make sure medical insurance is handled accurately with employees and service provider.-Invoices handling with service provider with no delay.4:Expats Handling-Residency renewal process for employees and their families.-Expats end to end process including social insurance, local contracts, taxes and issuing new policy to expats in Egypt.5:People Engagement-Engage with our stakeholders on regular basis and design enhancement action plan if required.-Collecting feedback from our direct stakeholder on regular basis and figure out solutions and improvement if required.

1: Onboarding -Handling AFG end to end onboarding process.-Ensure hiring documents are compliant with labor law and onboarding checklists are fulfilled.-Improve onboarding materials and ensure update it on regular basis.2: Contract Renewals-Make sure AFG contracts are renewed on time with no delay.-Ensure creating and following contract renewal guidelines.-Involvement with HRSS Team lead in remediating audit outcome related to employees files.3:Document Generation-Make sure all documents requested by AFG employees are shared within agreed SLA with 100% accuracy.-Support Document generation automation over EC.

- Managing Letters of Guarantee (LGs) by verifying all documentation for accuracy and completeness and ensuring adherence to bank policies and procedures in order to approve or deny applications.- Managing and providing professional support to all bank's branches regarding all LG's escalations, inquiries, needed LG Reports and Supplies.- Preparing weekly & monthly analysis reports regarding the bank's branches and hubs.- Cooperating with team to execute plans to improve customer and employee satisfaction.
