Working on Commercial Auto, Commercial General Liability, Personal Auto and Personal Habitational policies.Reporting directly to the claims manager, I am responsible for interpreting, evaluating, and determining insurance coverages. Investigating, evaluating, and settling sophisticated property damage liability claims all the while ensuring accurate and timely reserves are set aside. I manage customer, broker and partner communication regarding claim matters and summarize all activities in a digital file.• Facilitate training for new-hires, job shadowing, and assisted in the creation of training materials• Assist on special projects – systems thinking, experimenting with various phone systems, and providing end user feedback • Oversee documentation reviews and organize meetings
