Project E@E - From Entrepreneur to Entrepreneur, one generation to the next.I started Project E@E with the ambition to own my business and help, in my way, the succession challenges in Quebec's businesses. My objective was to acquire and manage as the President a single business from an entrepreneur who did not have succession within his family or his management. I intended to acquire this business, grow it and make it my lifetime project. This project led me to the acquisition of Magnor in July 2015.

As the Head of Finance and as the right hand man of the President, I was involved in many aspects of this great entrepreneurial business, such as leading the finance, accounting and business analysis team (30 employees) and managing the successful sale of the business to a US private equity fund.

At EY, my role was to assist entrepreneurial companies in all steps of divestitures, financing, mergers and acquisitions.
