- Promote ARC Line, WWL, Flamar OXL and NVOCCs on behalf of WSS in Egypt.- Proactively manage the daily Operations of the Freight Services Division to include all Sea, RORO, freight forwarding activities.- Lead and direct all Sales and Business Development in line with the company strategy to expand their services within global Market.- Offer competitive products & services to the market through efficient operations, smart pricing policies and innovative operations - you will develop clear processes and policies to achieve industry best practice in service delivery. - Actively develop client relationships at a senior level and be responsible for delivering services that meet the market requirements and offering smart solutions to secure new business.- Provide leadership, guidance and support to the team; train and motivate staff; develop appropriate succession plans.- Operate and manage RORO Liner services, NVOCC by offering unique services in order to attract new clients.- Manage all Divisional resources to ensure optimum utilization.- Maintain current clients by providing accurate and timely replies to all customer enquiries including rate quotations, service/schedule information, and any other services that Barwil Egytrans may perform.

- Established Latin America Trade in the company, and helped increasing the company sales from the local market.- Establishing the annual trade budget & Business plan, continuous follow up on the trade weekly performance, to ensure budget is achieved. - Responsible for sales & corporate pricing for the trade to ensure contribution is in line with set budgets. - Built strong pipeline by Identifying potential customers that meets with the company capabilities and approaching them with an organized sales plan.- Cherry pick clients with priority to the high yielding commodities to ensure healthy contribution.

-Submit the monthly / quarter report on monthly basis and copy line's superiors.-Approach moderate/major clients and secure their regular business smoothly.-Achieve the set target in accordance with company's instructions.-Canvassing shipping declarations in accordance with line's instructions and cooperate with export documentation staff smoothly.-Apply the export tariff and try to increase the profit margin for each trade in accordance with market trends and competitors' reaction.-Submit the booking prospect for each vessel to the to the line's principals.-Responsible for the accomplishment of all documents which facilitate work flow with other departments. i.e. THC / Ocean freight invoices to the accounting department .-Supervise sales-leads to port of destinations s to increase export lifting’s.-Supervise the received sales leads from port of discharges contact nominated shippers and reverting with the positive outcomes accurately and quickly.-Responsible for increasing the line's customers & maintain customers data base on weekly basis and submit it to the export manager.-Supervise the Sending rate quotations to the customers in accordance with line's/company's regulations & instructions.-supervise export rate request form to the export executives to facilitate the work flow. -Cooperate with all departments in accordance with the export work flow.

- Supervising all tasks handled by executives (sales and marketing of Import &Export as well as Documentation & customer support).- Handling all inquiries with line/agents relating to the All Departments.- Handling key accounts Claims.- Reviewing the weekly and monthly reports related to the customer activities.- Preparing regular reports to Line Management - Handling All Documentation and Commercial problems- Assist in the development of effective and efficient processes for all activities performed in the unit. - Ensure that procedures are established in writing for major activities within our area of responsibility. These procedures must be adhered to at all times. - Update the Commercial Line Manager with changes in the market including change in competition activity. - Assist in the development and regular review of job descriptions for staff working in the Customer Service Unit.- Identify and report to management human resource requirements in terms of new staff, training and education, work tools, work environment to ensure effective and efficient use of human resources in the Department

- Collecting booking for each vessel.- Collecting, filling and monitoring amendments to shipping declarations from shippers.- Following up containers stuffing at depot.- Entry of export bill of ladings and manifest on computer system. - Printing B/L, manifest and invoices.- Dispatch of vessel docs by fax / courier to all destinations.- Following up inquiries relating to missing documents and/or missing docs data - Participate in the process of maximizing growth, market share, and profitability of the division according to strategies defined by the Customer Service Unit Manager. - Ensure the provision of first class service to the division's customers.
