With over 12 years of experience working in eDiscovery and legal technology, Karimah Campbell has managed and delivered multiple large scale global eDiscovery and legal technology-based projects and has experience designing frameworks and strategies, setting and meeting KPIs, creating business plans and scaling teams. As well as her love for technology, Karimah has a passion for inclusion, diversity, equity and belonging, with a focus on race, gender and education and has been able to drive the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Belonging (IDEB) agenda on an industry level in roles as the Membership Director on the inaugural board for Women in eDiscovery London; leading EY’s relationship with the Powerlist (celebrating the 100 most influential Black British people); founding Black Tech Queens and recently creating the Legal Tech network in partnership with Black Young Professionals Network (BYP).
