It keeps every business running smoothly and efficiently. Every pump flows with purpose. Each beat has a sense of urgency. Every electrical impulse is me making sure everything combined is a success.Being an operations professional has allowed me to expand my skills in budget management, customer service, human resources, marketing, operations management, regulations and compliance, risk management, and sales. With these skills I have successfully implemented training processes to improve the needs of the business, audited files for compliance, onboarded applicants, researched materials for legal, and made sure all inventory was available to reach the recruiting and sales goals. Problem solving issues with a sense of urgency and operational efficiency is my specialty. Developing and cultivating key relationships helped me establish effective collaborations. I use my customer service experience and psychology degree to empower people around me to model integrity and ethical business practices.
