Asia Countries; Channel Business area- Providing financial support to business leaders, and deep dive financial analysis. - Working closely with Sales Leads and Region General Manager for the "bottom-up" Outlooks / Forecasts / Long Range Plans. In charge of analyzing and bridging resulting variances / deviations. - Managing and facilitating annual budget planning, including consolidation and review of field budget submission.- Working closely with Sales Marketing finance to understand product offerings, strategies, promotion and Sales Incentive Program changes and associated impact to sales metrics.- Tracking sales performance and providing critical updates on key metrics.- Working closely with the Technical Accounting team to support the various financial reporting initiatives which require valuation and analytical support.
