•Execute all the onboarding process related to the new hired including receiving, verifying, and completing the physical files in compliance with Allianz guidelines, maintain the files confidential/ secured and updated all the time as well as Ensuring a smooth hiring processes documentation.• Responsible for employees timekeeping process and amending all reporting lines changes on the relative systems as well as the monthly closing to send the reports to the payroll team on monthly basis.• Ensure that all the Recruitment & Integration Tools are efficiently recorded on all the newhires' files including the Compliance requirements as well•Responsible for the employees releasing process; including all the communications needed across the company's departments to clear up their statuses in order to be able to receive their clearance documents and updating the systems accordingly.• Responsible for the contract renewals for the existing employees and the contracts for the newly hired.• Accountable for updating the social insurance and Labor offices with the new hires and the resigned employees.• Handles the medical insurance policy for all employees (Adding, removing, renewals and distributing the new medical cards for all employees).•Handles employees' disciplinary cases, investigations and draft any warning or disciplinary letters in compliance with the Egyptian labor law and company's rules and guidelines.• Advises managers on how to handle specific situations (e.g., discipline, work practice changes) and their implications in terms of labor agreements.

‏In 2015, I established my own business, Volt EG, which specializes in the sale of video games, consoles, and accessories‏I import these products from the United States and distribute them in Egypt. Initially, the business was profitable due to the currency difference and the float of the EGP‏However, in 2016, the profit rate began to decline. Despite this setback, I remained committed to my business and sought ways to reduce the cost of materials. To achieve this, I began to work with wholesalers in the United States and shipped products via DHL and FedEx‏As the business expanded, I established relationships with merchants in Italy and the UK and began supplying products to malls and large stores in Egypt‏Unfortunately, due to the economic impact of Covid-19 and the current situation in the country, I have made the difficult decision to suspend operations
