Private Member Club Dining Room Manager: responsible for overseeing Food and Beverage operations for the Club setting. Hiring, training, inventory, ordering, etc.

Club Dining Room Manager: Responsible for overseeing Food and Beverage operations of the Club. Hiring, training and managing Front of the House employees. Inventory and beverage orders. Etc.

With this company I was promoted three times in less than two years. I started as a sales rep, selling power mobility in the Cincinnati/Fort Thomas office. I was quickly moved up to the Area Manager of the office and in less than 2 months was asked to move to Chattanooga to be a Corporate Sales Trainer. I was the Corporate Sales Trainer for about 9 months when they promoted me again to Director of Industry Affairs and Compliance. In this position I was focused more on the compliance and governmental relations side of the industry.

I sold wine to various retail stores and restaurants throughout the city of Cincinnati. I not only sold the wine, but I also conducted wine tastings as well as wine dinners, in which I paired certain wines with each course.

I worked my way through school as a bartender for the Montgomery Inn. In the 5+ years that I was employed by Montgomery Inn, I trained several new employees as well as worked on a PR internship with them. I was cast as a bartender/server in their "Inn Crowd" commercial (2005) as part of that internship. The commercial still airs today.
