Working with A Place At Home's Senior Living Alternatives program to help seniors and their families find their next place to call home - at no cost to them! I am a Certified Senior Conversations Coach and love working with families to walk them through what can be an overwhelming process. I start by sitting down and listening to what is important - location, cost, lifestyle, activities - and help narrow it down to a few choices. I will then go on the tours with you and then we'll discuss what option is the best solution. I can also assist with helping find movers, downsizers, real estate agents, and people to help unpack and get you settled in your new home. There will also be follow up with you to ensure it's the best match and to see if I can help with anything else.

◼ Increased census by conducting outreach to the local community and skilled nursing facilities thus maximizing rental revenue for the community ◼ Managing all inquiries and tours for Independent, Assisted, Memory Care for total of 176 total units ◼ Maintained campus wide census average of 93% (96-98% on Assisted Living) ◼ Manage weekly sales & marketing meeting to discuss current activity, availability, prospects, outlook and discussing with team techniques to help close prospects ◼ Develop & maintain accurate financial budget for marketing of the community ◼ Periodically train new directors and employees on the marketing aspect of their positions ◼ Conducting home visits with prospects ◼ Representing the community to residents, their families and guests in positive & professional manner
