My purpose is to help individuals and collectives restore damaged relationships back into harmony and interconnectedness. As an advisor, coach, and facilitator, I I support leaders in reconnecting to their hearts through inner work and conscious relating. To this end, I partner with both public and private sector organizations.In my perspective, heart-centered leadership starts with presence, self-knowledge, and continuous inner transformation. Blending mindfulness, integral philosophy, ancient wisdom and compassionate communication, I help cultivate discernment and conscious decision-making. I currently partner with individuals navigating complex challenges through 1:1 coaching focused on managing energy, uncovering blindspots, and aligning values with choices. I design and guide experiential workshops for teams to build trust, transform conflict, communicate with empathy and realign strategically. Also, I guide shamanic ceremonies to deepen the realization of humans' true nature.Before founding my own practice, I spearheaded global technology policy initiatives for over a decade focused on public-private partnership, ethics, equity and social benefit. An MPP from Oxford plus extensive training in mindfulness, integral coaching and healing arts grounds my work.  Beyond formal education and personal practice, having lived in 7 countries across continents has deeply humbled me and expanded my worldview across diverse aspects of reality.My superpowers are bringing awareness to hidden inner dynamics and reconnecting individuals to their hearts, allowing them to live and lead from inner wisdom.
