This included writing a compensation philosophy and career progression framework.• Cultural Integration: Recruitee has recently merged with two other companies, I designed built and executed a plan to align the cultures and avoid/decrease the “us vs them” mentality. This included cultural workshops, and “ask me anything” sessions with the management team.• Aligned bonus and commission structure across the customer success and sales teams.
