At Birds on Mars, I developed data driven and/or GenAI ideas and carried them to their first implementation, be it prototype, PoC or PoV.My knack for using creative and tangible AI2touch projects like escape rooms, installations and workshops served our mission well to teach and inspire customers for AI as part of our strategic process.________________Sample projects:Team Lead internal GenAI Taskforce: centralized disparate efforts to formulate inaugural agenda; evaluated emerging technologies; established strategic foundation for GenAI initiatives.__Tech Lead and Admin for client-specific AWS-sandbox data science environment: eased client's chief architect's workload by fully taking the lead within 2 weeks; took the platform from experimental to MVP-status, i.e. incorporated design thinking practices resulting in consolidated and comprehensible service offering (e.g. AI-capabilities, database access, expanded rights management); professionalized administration with Ansible; outlined initial processes and governance (e.g. established user registration, bug fixing and customer support processes, security guideline, etc.); channelled prior disparate efforts into two distinct internal service offerings.__Developer for Robotic Automation tool MVP: Single handedly developed MVP for crucial regulatory process by gathering customer requirements, committing a manual process to code, identifying relevant data sources within the client's systems and aggregating the data into a regulation conforming format, all the while assisting the client department in building up the tech capabilities required to maintain the tool, thereby saving time and avoiding impending regulatory penalties.__Data Scientist for data aggregation PoV: Demonstrated economic potential of new business division by identifying relevant data sources and calculation a rough cost saving estimate, ultimately leading to the creation of said division and the development of software tools based on PoV.
