E-1105 (Quench Water Heater), E-1107 (CO2 Stripper Reboiler) and E-1212 (Dowtherm Safety Valve Condenser) and giving the consultancy to the Vendor process and mechanical teams in order to simulate and design the mentioned heat exchangers utilizing HTRI software• Calculating, preparing and presenting the mass balance table, the unit efficiency (consumption and production table) of the plant as per the Owner and regarding to the new site conditons of our project in the Lordegan city as well as BFD• Providing the detail comments on the Equipment List Document of the project since our project is a second-hand project• Writing the important comments on the MRQ and TBE’s documents of the other engineering disciplines especially Mechanic, Instrument and Piping

Project: TPC-HDPE Project (310 KTA),OWNER: Tabriz Petrochemical Company (TPC)PMC: Namavaran Delvar Engineering and Construction (NDEC) CompanyEPCC Contractor: Energy Industries and Engineering Design (EIED) Company• Proposed to improve/ develope the Heat Removal of Polymerization reactors to the OWNER, accepted and applied changes in the relevant project documents such as PFD, P&ID, Process DataSheet, . . .• Provided practical points of view in the meetings (KOM, HAZOP/SIL/HAZID, MODEL REVIEW 30% & 60 % & 90%, P&ID REVIEW) to reduce process risk/ optimize operation• Reviewed, studied and commented on the project technical documentations (PDP, BASIC, FEED & DETAIL, VENDOR) with out any cost or schedule impact• Assisted, reviewed and evaluated any letters in relevant with cost and schedule proposal received from the EIED side.• Managed and discussed the whole utilities consumption using in the HDPE plant with utilities department• Wrote technical process comments on the Long-Lead Equipment (Decanter Centrifuge, Dryer, Extruder) Vendor’s TBE Documents, arranged and held the meeting to finalize process engineering issues• Provided process points of view on the MRQ and TBE documents of project packages before P.O. and vendor documents after P.O.• Participated in the Packages Vendor Meeting and concluded relevant VPIS during KOM as well as ITP during PIM in process decipline• Ensured that EIED completes the detail engineering in accordance with the scope, schedule and other contractual requirements of project.

• Resolved the coating failures and defects (bubbling, blistering, . . .) of the coating process in our national strategic petroleum pipeline project (42") from Goureh to Jusk (1100 km)• Reduced the reject results in long-term DL-FBE tests (Cathodic Disbondment & Hot Water Immersion) and porosity tests through optimization of the surface treatment and coating application parameters• Accomplished the adhesion improvement in the DL-FBE coating by creation of proper surface profile on the pipe surface in 2nd blast station (Grit Blasting station)• Increased capacity of the production and quality stations to coat huge size pipes (up to 120")

(Kermanshah Polymer Company) by DCS (Yokogawa brand) as a senior board man (www.krpc.ir), (Activities: controlled normal condition of production, increased and decreased the capacity, changed polymer grade, taught controlling philosophy to fresh operators.)• Missioned for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up of the PBR (Poly Butadiene Rubber) production plant at TJ.P.C (Takhte Jamshid Petrochemical Complex) as a site head engineer (www.tjpc.ir), (Activities: filled out punch list, washed and purged the lines and equipment, did leak test with water and nitrogen, pre-tested all instruments and motors and related duty of the pre-commissioning step)• Controlled whole of the plant with DCS to mentain quantity of production as well as quality, filled out the logsheets, communicated with other production group such as Process, Instrument, Electrical, Machinary and Mechanic

• Increased plant capacity from 11 tons/hr to 11.2 tons/hr by modification of the reactors outer cooler double pipe heat exchangers• Installed the proper metering device to measure the flow rate of the unit's utilities (steams, process air, instrument air, nitrogen, and so on) to optimize their daily consumption• Upgraded the powder/pellet quality and processability by injecting the recycled hexane which is used in catalyst (Ziegler-Natta) preparation.• Improved powder carrying compressor’s performance by changes in the catalyst system
