Advanced Industries Group is a market leading interior contracting and specialized manufacturing company with over 50 years’ experience in the field of interior fit-out and furnishing. I was recruited to report to the Group CEO and join a new executive team following their acquisition by high-profile investors and tasked with overseeing estimation and engineering units, and leading business development. In this role I have contributed to negotiations that have won tenders worth hundreds of millions in project value, liaised with cross-functional project teams, and established relations with an ecosystem of suppliers, clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Projects have included: W Hotel (Palm Jumeirah), HSBC New Regional Headquarters, Wyndham Hotel (Deira, Dubai).

Depa Interiors is part of the Depa Group, one of the world’s leading providers of interior solutions that has been involved with many high-profile project efforts. I began as a report to the CEO as Senior Design Manager and transitioned to Head of Engineering in 2012 with responsibility for developing engineering strategy, policies, and procedures. As Head of Engineering I led centralization of management for all engineering work worldwide (100 staff) to Depa’s headquarters, oversaw delivery of Depa head offices, and represented Depa in talks with clients and prospects. This role required significant travel to southeast Asia while building a staff of 100. Projects included: Burj Khalifa Dubai Tower (Dubai, tallest building in the world), Dubai Mall Medical Centre , Conrad Hotel – Sheikh Zayed Road (Dubai), Intercontinental Hotel - Design & Build (Angola), Fairmont Hotel, Flame Towers (Azerbaijan), Kempinski Hotel – The Palm (Dubai), W Hotel – The Palm (Dubai), Saadiyat Rotana (Abu Dhabi), Intercontinental Hotel (Fujairah), Intercontinental Hotel (Dhaka).

HBA is a leading international hospitality and design firm based in the United States. At HBA I worked with clients and teams to prepare project deliverables and create documentation packages.Projects included: Concept design for four-star hotel (India), concept design for trendy bar (Grand Hyatt - Dubai), Conference Centre Refurbishment (Kuwait).

Zimmer Associates is a design and real estate consultancy headquartered in the US, specialized in hotels, resorts, and luxury spas. There I served as a project coordinator managing project teams and their work schedules, and I was the firm’s single point of contact during the design of the $400M Taj Exotica Resort & Spa on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. I helped establish Zimmer’s London office and coordinated with teams in Argentina, USA, UK, India, and Dubai.

Buchanan Associates is an architectural and interior design firm. At Buchanan I participated in several architectural projects valued at multi-million pounds from concept through planning approval, including luxury hotels, retail establishments, and cultural locations. My work included development of presentations, graphic design services, 3D visuals, and renders. Projects included: The Grange St Pauls Hotel (London, UK ),The Grange Prescot Street Hotel (London, UK), The BFI Centre, British Film Institute (London, UK).

The Hauseman Group is a full-service architectural services firm based in the US with a London branch of 20+ architects and designers. There I contributed to both architectural and interior design projects including interior design for the first Howard Johnson and Days Inn Hotels in the UK.Projects included: Holiday Inn Express Hotel – Albert Dock (Liverpool, UK), Days Inn Hotel Waterloo (London), Howard Johnson Hotel (Greenock, Scotland, UK), Days Inn (Glasgow, UK), Center Parcs (various, Holland & Germany), Ramada Hotel, Excel Centre (London, UK), Ramada Hotel (Coventry, UK)

ARCOD is a quasi-governmental organization that documented listed buildings. I provided CAD management, on-site digital surveying, and controlled operation of surveying 200 listed buildings into CAD systems.
