Creating the best low-carbon affordable hotel -- Contact us to join a fast growing and international team.Tourism stands for friendliness, meeting interesting people, mixing cultures, tasting new foods, speaking different languages, discovering fantastic places... that, along with my passion for customer experience and international business development was what drove me to join the industry in the first place in 2011.I joined easyHotel in December 2021 because it's a fast-growing, international, ecologically responsible hotel chain focussing on the ‘affordable’ segment. Our promise to our clients is to make ‘the city theirs’, by offering them a low-price, low-carbon and super-easy hotel they can use as the perfect gateway to explore the city; an affordable hotel for the money-conscious or simply those who would rather splurge on attractions and events in the city rather than on their hotel.The easyHotel network currently spans over 10 countries and consists of 40+ hotels. We are expecting to add 40 freehold/leasehold hotels, especially in France and Spain, as well as 50 franchises in the coming years. That forecast is in line with our current pace of signings and the success we enjoy with franchisees, who are convinced both by the intrinsic and instant awareness delivered by the easyHotel brand, and our proven frugal business model that translates routinely in a 60% GOP margin and which has demonstrated its resilience in the wake of downturns or health crises.I view my main responsibilities as CEO as aligning the company on a common vision and balancing wisely our efforts and resources between the short-term and the long-term; between economic results, guest satisfaction, partner satisfaction, team engagement and social responsibility. And having fun, connecting with people and learning in the process!When I am not talking to partners, discussing with our teams onsite or brainstorming on strategies and projects, I try to be a good father, a bearable cook and a decent triathlete.
