We are expecting to add 40 freehold/leasehold hotels, especially in France and Spain, as well as 50 franchises in the coming years. That forecast is in line with our current pace of signings and the success we enjoy with franchisees, who are convinced both by the intrinsic and instant awareness delivered by the easyHotel brand, and our proven frugal business model that translates routinely in a 60% GOP margin and which has demonstrated its resilience in the wake of downturns or health crises.I view my main responsibilities as CEO as aligning the company on a common vision and balancing wisely our efforts and resources between the short-term and the long-term; between economic results, guest satisfaction, partner satisfaction, team engagement and social responsibility.
