➢ Business partner with Operational General Managers to provide financial insights and recommendations for publications across GCC region.➢ Drive quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process for each business unit. ➢ Liaise with GMs to identify revenue gaps and formulate a strategy to close.➢ Deliver recommendations on profit and cash flow management to deliver on the financial corporate targets (working capital optimization; cost base smart spending initiatives; foreign exchange risk management).➢ Engage in ongoing cost reduction analysis in all areas of the company.➢ Lead and manage the day-to-day activity of the Accounting department.➢ Deliver weekly and monthly financial reporting for each business unit.➢ Monthly financial performance review with the GMs.➢ Statutory accounting - perform audit procedures to all financial statement elements to make reasonable assurance that the financial statements are fairly presented.➢ Make sure of companies compliance with fiscal laws, SOX compliance and related regulations.➢ Full involvement with external audit as required for areas of responsibility
