Ranked number 40 on ENR 2017 Top 225 International Design, K&A is a multidisciplinary consulting company. Worked on the Red Sea development Project and the ROSHN Sedra Project in Riyadh, where I participated in Delivering both conceptual and schematic packages.

The GISB is a well-recognized school in Lebanon and the international community, and they are planning on relocating their entire campus. The new campus project in Doha, Lebanon, is under current development and consists of approx. 30,000 m2 of land area distributed across three large buildings and courtyards. My role is to assist the project Architect with producing detailed architectural drawings and schedules for execution, while also managing and supervising the construction works done on-site following regulations and permit guidelines.Responsibilities:• Architectural drawing submittals• Coordinating with management to draw a project timeline• Coordinating with Civil and Mechanical engineering teams to stay within the project scope• Shop drawings submittals• Coordinating and clarifying all shop drawings to suppliers and contractors on site• Prepare weekly meetings with subcontractors for follow-ups• Attend all weekly meetings with the consultant• Prepare minutes of meeting• Prepare daily reports for the consultant that include the status of transmittals, site instructions, a notice of possible variations and delays• Coordinate all details and drawings with management prior to submitting to consultant

Multidisciplinary and open, Atelier Hamra allows for experiments in design, architecture, and landscape architecture. The company is one of the top leading firms in Lebanon for architectural and engineering consultancy and construction. I worked with a team of BIM specialists on the design and creation of families for Al Mamsha, a 33-building complex in Sharjah, emirates.Main responsibilities:•Implementation of working systems and monitors• Creating project-specific Revit materials, content & BIM execution plans.• Contribute to the day-to-day delivery of the design project• Make sure the project deliverable are on schedule• Outputting specific data regarding schedules and BOQ's of materials• Making sure the project follows local building codes through the use of interoperability toolsAchievements:• Guided a team of 3 employees through the use of Revit systems• Participated in delivering both conceptual and schematic design packages to the client• Created a new family library for a company with specialized data exclusive to company standards

PREMIUM PROJECTS is a leader in luxury residential real estate and class-A office buildings and one of the largest developers in Lebanon. This being my first real architectural job, I learned extensively about construction and project management.Main responsibilities:• Supervision and inspection of finishing work such as cladding, casework, tiling• Calculating internal finishes areas and writing detailed reports• Collection and costing of the supplier's and subcontractors' agreements and contracts• BOQ draw-up from the shop and design drawings• Detailing client changes to standard plans and writing reports for such changes with dates and costs
