Karim Tadjeddine is Co-Founder and Senior Advisor of Partech Impact Fund. Partech Impact invests and supports Impact-native x Tech, proven and scalable businesses in their Growth and Impact journey. Partech is a global investment platform for tech and digital companies, led by ex-entrepreneurs and operators of the industry spread across offices in San Francisco, Paris, Berlin and Dakar. Karim is Chairman of Generation France. Generation’s purpose is to transform Education to Employment Systems to prepare, place, and support people into life-changing careers that would otherwise be inaccessible. Generation has supported more than 100 000 learners worldwide into getting a job. From 2006 to 2022, Karim was one of the world-wide leaders of McKinsey’s Impact Practice. He was Global Leader of Economic and Social Development Domain. He was Cofounder and Leader of Public, Health and Social bien Sector for France and French Speaking Africa and member of European Leadership. He led more than 250 engagements, across more than 20 countries, mainly in Europe, Africa and Middle East. He supported Governments and Agencies, Development Banks, Financial Institutions and Investment Funds, Foundations and Corporates in designing and delivering their major transformation programs.He has invested, as Business Angel, in more than 15 start-ups, with a focus on environmental transition and social inclusiveness. Successful exits include: Innovafeed, protein insect production, Start Me Up, data analytics for video-detection, Reezocar. Recent investments include: HappyVore, vegetal meat production, Bluedigo, second-hand and sustainable BtB furbishing, Vestack, sustainable building (low carbon, bio sourced materials).Karim has regularly published articles on economic development, social inclusiveness and environment transitions, in particular, “Inequality: A persisting challenge and its implications”, presented at B7 summit in 2019, and “Anticipate Climate Risks in Europe”, presented aux Rencontres Economiques, in 2020.Karim is graduated from Ecole Polytechnique (X1995) and Corps des Ponts et Chaussées (2001). He holds post graduate formation in Economy (DEA Delta, ENS Ulm).
