General Ledger Accounting: -• Vouching and auditing the transaction wise and co-ordinate with internal Audit and Statutory Audit teams.• Preparing and Maintaining of Schedules of each Account wise.• Passing necessary Journal entries for books closing purpose.• Preparing Balance Sheet, Income & Expenditure and Receipts & Payments a/c for each Entity wise and Branch wise.• Maintaining Subcontracts books of Accounts• Preparing Consolidated Financial statements for analyzing the financial position. • Preparing Cash Flow Statements.• Fixed Assets Capitalization in Oracle and maintain Asset register.• Calculating and Passing Depreciation entries as per Companies Act vs IT Act.• Maintaining Fixed deposit register and calculating accrued interest.• Preparing Bank reconciliation Statements.• Calculating Deferred rent expenditure.• Preparing Provision for Bad debts and Creditors ageing reports.
