Duties as Data and Information Co-ordinator. Database training to super users from global affiliates implementing the company database. Advising on data import issues and working to solve procedure and policy issues to ensure smooth tranistion to new system.

Managing the day to day running of the Planning function. Planning maintenance audits to clients. Customer and auditor queries by telephone and email. Plus duties of the Data and Information co-ordinator.

Co-ordinate the information and data requirements of the business. Identify data inconsistencies, provide and implement solutions to ensure the data is accurate. Set up and maintain management reports using Crystal Reports. Deliver training and support on company database to end users. Liase with developers to provide solutions for any issues.

Support to Administration Manager. Oversee the day to day running of the Registrations Dept to ensure the smooth and effective execution of a range of admin tasks with in KPIs. Compiling regular and adhoc reports in Excel for manages. Superuser for the new company database, testing and support to colleagues.

Processing overseas audit assessment packages. Producing certificates and letters in Word. Liaison with overseas affiliate offices to resolve queries pertaining to the assessment packages.

Processing new customer orders, deposits and finance documents. Costing orders from design drawings. Updating in house order system. Processing cancellations and refunds. General Admin duties.
