With over three decades of HR experience, I am a passionate and qualified professional who specializes in employee wellbeing, psychological and psychosocial safety, equity and inclusion. I have a Masters in HR Management (Distinction) from the University of Northampton, and I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Level 7) and a Fellow of the IEDP.As an Independent HR Consultant and a Human Resources Director at BH Brawn & Co Ltd, a global manufacturing company in the aviation industry, I work in partnership with leaders and teams to create workspaces where wellbeing is at the core of what drives effectiveness and excellence. I collaborate across disciplines to arrive at cost-effective, common sense solutions based on proven and research-based interventions. I am also a trained Mental Health First Aider and an Accredited Prosocial Facilitator, which enables me to support positive change and cooperation in diverse and complex settings.
