This eliminated a lot of duplicate work.To accomplish the above I worked with Teradata and various other resources to collect data. Using the many software packages available to AA employees, I work with the collected data to provide reports and files to different departments within the company and 3rd party customers.Maintenance Process Planner. Duties included: design, develop, test and maintain PC based systems that provide data collection and analysis for forecasting, tracking and performance measurements for M&E Aircraft Overhaul and Component Maintenance as well as 3rd party contract work. Plan and design projects and workflow processes and maintain flowcharts. Support end-user requirements with system development, workflow and reporting projects. Produce daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports based on data collection and analysis. Coordinate with other departments for gathering and reporting data for monthly Product Team presentations. Design and prepare documentation of departmental procedures and training aids. Participate in daily production meetings. Support department management with ad hoc reports, data mining and research, data analysis and presentation preparation. Also, any other miscellaneous project work as assigned.
