Karin Dauch brings several years of experience in successfully closing high-end real estate deals to Compass. She previously worked for over a decade as a foreign correspondent and business strategist. Her tech-user experience background at Razorfish and her own branding firm is aligned with Compass' approach of providing her and her clients the latest and best tools to access all real estate insider information. Karin moved to Manhattan in 1998 from Brazil to receive her Master’s degree at Columbia School of Journalism. She has since worked for several Brazilian newspapers, magazines and radio stations with a focus on New York City news and culture. Leveraging her career in communications and fluency in five languages Karin truly understands her client’s narrative. Karin’s determination for getting to the “story behind the story” and deep understanding of the city's different neighborhood's drives her to partner with clients to achieve the most successful outcome. Karin is an active board member at BrazilFoundation, chairing the communications committee and recently graduated from her second masters at NYU in Fundraising for Nonprofits.
