She began her career in Experiential Marketing, creating live experiences for some of the world’s top brands and now she uses those marketing skills to manifest her clients’ ideas into tangible results. Karin has a passion for revitalizing homes. She started investing in real estate in 2007 and has since renovated and sold several properties, particularly in her own community of North Tustin. She has a knack for helping clients identify a property and envision its possibilities, offering creative ideas and budgeting suggestions. She is also an expert negotiator, structuring transactions so they are the most beneficial for her clients. Karin also values the importance of education, earning her undergraduate degree from USC and her MBA from LMU. An outdoor enthusiast, Karin takes full advantage of her free time by horseback riding, skiing, scuba diving and travelling with her family.
