Sr. Account Service Representative - Account Manager

- Work with dealer principals and store managers as a business partner to drive desired results by reviewing and tracking KPIS on each account to determine productivity performance and areas of improvement on a recurring basis- Planning and execution of business strategy and key initiatives with dealer principals to ensure year over year business growth, performance, and productivity improvement.- Work closely with dealer principals to ensure proper forecasting and inventory planning for their distribution network- Identify gaps in execution at the door-level and opportunities for improvement related to the environment, people, marketing, and inventory & operations. Partner with Dealer to implement strategies to resolve.- Extensive coaching and follow up to dealer principals and store managers on T-Mobile initiatives and the value behind them – Look and feel of the stores, productivity, performance, customer satisfaction, and merchandising compliance- Communicate and execute new sales promotions. This includes pre-launch activities, monitoring execution and driving results throughout the promotional period. Partner with the Dealer and dealer employees to modify execution tactics as needed to achieve desired results and meet KPI expectations- Observe store-level customer experience/ sales execution and provide feedback and coaching to dealer-store employees as needed on how to elevate their level of service- Performed Allocations, reports, and projections- Support in local promotional events for dealers: radio remotes, grand openings, sale/promo, and community events.- Maintain and merchandise the location to ensure POP material supports increased sales and compliant to message and display the brand professionally.
