I lead and develop TQ Nordic's business in Finland working closely with our customers. In my work, I combine all the aspects that I truly enjoy: working with customers, developing effective solutions, and building long-term relationships. I have successfully combined my understanding of organizational change and development from an HR perspective - values, culture, and building high-performance teams - with a strong interest in behavioral psychology. Through my experience, I know that good leadership and motivated staff are the foundation of successful business. Our goal at TQ is to help companies and organizations create a foundation for sound decisions through our tests and analyses, and to support our customers in identifying, retaining, and developing leaders, managers, and employees. We do this with our expertise in measuring and analyzing personality and motivation while understanding the difference between them.
