Responsible for referral development efforts of the clinical navigators, Monitoring daily/weekly/monthly and year to date trends (referral patterns from physicians, facilities and discharge planners); staying abreast of market competition and adjusting case-finding strategies to maximize staff resources and facilitate patient admissions; providing monthly updates and communicates regularly with management to ensure strategies align with system goals; the ability to conduct needs assessment surveys with key stakeholders (community, patients, families, physicians and referral sources) to identify service needs and opportunities for program development; directing facility marketing initiatives and referral finding strategies; work collaboratively with admissions to facilitate the referral process; assist in providing options to referral sources for all denials and assure all processes are followed according to plan with reports filed in a timely manner. During my time in this position I have excelled in driving our marketing team to exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly goals in finance and incremental referral growth.

I perform clinical evaluations of patients, meet with and market to physicians, case managers, social workers and urgent care centers. By utilizing my sales, marketing and clinical experience I drive patient admissions to meet or exceed census and admission goals. I have successfully increased referrals and patient admissions meeting month over month goals and continuing to grow.

I was responsible for territory management, referral and admission growth to meet or exceed set goals. During my time I was able to take on a role as a clinical trainer educating others in territory management, referral growth, time management, reviving a struggling market and educating new liaisons in the Missouri market. I consistently exceeded sales, financial and referral growth each month and quarter growing a failing territory turning it around to being top performing accounts.
