I manage the social media presence for Family Action on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn and oversee training and management of 32 Facebook Service pages for Family Action. I create social media copy and design images as well as monitor our accounts and presence on social media on a daily basis. I work in collaboration with the Head of Digital, Digital Marketing Executive and Marketing & Communications Team to deliver our messaging throughout our social media channels. I worked as one of the Social Media Community Managers for Wauwaa. I worked part-time (1 day a week at Wauwaa HQ + 2 days per week from home) hours as a Freelance Contractor.Responsibilities included maintaining social media channels: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Google+ with regular posting, monitoring and engagement. I produced original content posts for Wauwaa Life online magazine.

As a Contributing Editor at BritMums I helped to maintain the editorial calendar for the BritMums blog, generated new content and challenges for the blogging community and wrote blog posts on a variety of blogging topics.
