At INTERVICT, Tilburg University, I worked as a research-assistent on a project on restorative justice.

I worked as a student-assistent for about 2.5 years at the department of Criminal Law at Tilburg University. I assisted professors with their research projects, the tasks differed from organizational tasks to substantively tasks, which involved working independently on certain research question, providing the professors with a comprehensive overview of existing literature, together with my own opinion.

At Holland Financials I started advising people trough telephone in financial matters which inclused the assessment of the creditworthiness of these persons. In the end the goal was to make an appointment for these people with a financial advisor in order to make the interest rate on their loan lower.Later, I became a supervisor and trained new callcenteragents in conducting a good sales pitch to clients and I gave direct feedback to callcenter managers about new employees performances. For supervisor purposes I followed a few small sales courses
