Responsible for all SAP Israel account receivable accounts, as the focal point for all local clients in Israel working closely with the CFO, Controller and Senior management.After six months I transferred to the UK team, and received responsibility for a number of customers in the England. I participate in discussions – especially during COVID – and decision-making processes on payment terms for major customers. In addition, I assisted with special projects and ad-hoc requests.Working at SAP meant going into a completely new industry. I was responsible for preparing quarterly and annual financial reports according to US GAAP as well as Israeli and US tax reports (K-1). I prepared, managed, and monitored cash flow and cash forecast on a weekly basis and I analyzed quarter-end budget versus actual, and forecasting. I managed financial transactions between funds and the management company,In addition, I generated internal reports for senior management and created scenarios models and specific reports per the partners’ requests and needs providing them with decision-making tools.I was also responsible for preparing the capital accounts, cash calls and, distributions.I ensured due process and fraud prevention by developing and documenting business processes and policies that maintain and strengthen internal controls. To this end I wrote work procedures, implemented them and training new employees.I was involved in new software implementation, from requirements definition and writing specifications to selecting and implementing suitable software. As I was responsible for the maintenance and update of the database for investments I initiated and created a shared database from scratch, that enabled collaboration.

This required me to analyze financial and legal material and build models accordingly, in close collaboration with the US team and the CFO.In addition I was responsible for the bank accounts, cash calls, distributions and maintenance the investment database.
