Responsible for providing funding strategy for building affordable houses to low-income earners in Monte Christo in a price range between US$12,000 and US$20,000. Responsible for the marketing plan development of an ecological fertilizer method for a fertilizer company which contributed to reduce the carbon footprint during the agricultural crop production to be introduced to the European market (Iberia, France and Benelux), coordinating with marketing team, distributors and end consumers. As consultant, I reported to Marketing and Overseas Market Manager.Achievements:☞ 98% reduction of carbon dioxide by applying ecological method.☞ Reduction of stored volume of fertilizers by 95%.☞ Time saving in 40min / year per hectare worked and fuel in 2L / hectare.

Responsible for overseeing of supply chain and logistics strategy through supervision of shipping operations, inspection of physical quality control of the finished products and the budget assigned to the department. I lead a multidisciplinary distribution team to fulfill local and export sales to Latin America, USA, Europe and Asia with annual sales of US$0.99bio. Besides, transport management, optimization of inventory control in warehouses & third parties of finished products and IQPF (Chemical Inputs and Controlled Products) as well as improvement of product delivery time. As Distribution Team Lead, I reported to Logistics Manager.Achievements:☞ Implementation of SAP improvement project to control the inbound and outbound process, achieving a saving of 50% of the time on the arrival and departure of transport from 1h to 25min and a tracking of SKUs.☞ Minimized warehouse risks by expanding the container consolidation points with more than one logistics service provider, achieving a total annual saving of US$ 398K.☞ Met annual budget goals for a peak-season saving of US$20K per month.

Responsible for export operations and documentation management to Europe, Asia and Brazil. I managed international operations through customs clearance, shipments and Incoterms management in coordination with commercial team, warehouse, shipping lines and logistics service providers, as well as through the issuance and link-up of export invoices with the export customs declaration to give them to Finance for recovery of Drawback amount. As distribution analyst, I reported to Logistics Leader.Achievements:☞ Reduction to zero customer complaints by setting a timeline for export documentation (5 days after the vessel departure).☞ Pilot test to consolidate containers at the place of production and direct shipment to the port with an improvement in logistics operation time of 22% (From 20 to 15 man-hour).☞ Met the production reception deadline (8 days before the vessel arrival) and shipment deadline (5 days after the finished product arrives to the warehouse).

Responsible for the negotiation of CAPEX & OPEX purchase orders (equipment, materials, supplies and service contracts) with an average monthly value of US$ 200K per purchase order (local and imported products). I managed the purchasing and imports through supplier management and coordination with logistics operators to guarantee the fulfillment of imports, purchases and contracted services, as well as import tracking and monitoring of customs clearance. As buyer, I reported to the Head of Procurement.Achievements:☞ 3% of purchase cost savings for spare parts and supplies, 2.5% for services and 5% for capex budget.☞ 55% of the purchases of materials and 65% of the services quantity under contract to ensure legal protection to the involved parties.

Responsible for the negotiation of average monthly purchases of more than US$350K per purchase order. I managed imports and purchasing operations for the expansion project to increase production capacity from 160K to 320K tons through search for strategic alliances with local and foreign suppliers, evaluating them efficiently and ensuring the correct development of the project, as well as through the control and inspection of the resources, equipment and/or supplies at delivery and/or reception to verify and validate that meet with the requirements and specifications. As Buyer, I reported to Head of Project Procurement.Achievements:☞ Savings of 3% in the purchase cost of equipment, supplies and services.☞ Ensure purchases within the project budget (0% budget deviation).
