With a basis in Mechanical engineering and Stress Analysis I found my calling in Management. My excellent people and communication skills are important as I lead with engagement and trust, motivating people towards a common goal and allowing them to focus on being the experts in their respective fields. My job is to make their job easier which in turn will be visible in the profit and loss at the end of the year. I have experience from being a leader of leaders in both project and general management. Future challenges lie in further developing my general management skills and taking on larger responsibilities.
