Completed two-week intensive program for malaria prevention strategies with "Stomp Out Malaria in Africa."Supervised and managed local health workers in 15 villages during a five month pilot project of active model testing and treating malaria. Trained and supervised 11 community health workers and 54 peer educators to introduce better practices and technology to mining communities. Collaborated with local welders and miners to create an efficient retort design. Implemented a scholarship program for nine, middle school students, coordinated a gender and development speaking tour in nine villages, organized training for volunteers in seven villages to become health workers.

Ohio State Calling, The Ohio State University Contacted alumni to reconnect and allow the opportunity to support the university, raising over 90,000 dollars. Trained and supervised 4-6 new employees per quarter and contributed to script writing.

Coded newspaper articles found in The Sun and The Times of London from years 2000 to 2007 for linkages between minority out groups and welfare terms, then input data into an excel spreadsheet. Also provided short reviews of research articles relevant to the study. Worked with the programs Microsoft Excel and LexisNexis.
