In her most recent role at Excelsior Wellness Center, Karin provided the leadership needed to move a team of more than 40 direct service providers to a growth mindset. Karin provided stabilization, created infrastructure geared towards inter-team communication efficiency, and helped establish group norms that supported a healthy and productive work environment.
