Since childhood I studied piano, dance and singing. Soon I became passionate to photography and to plastic and visual arts.I got the music diploma at Conservatory and, after the Master of Arts diploma, I specialized in Applied Arts at the State Arts Institute. I enrolled at the DMS at La Sapienza University in Rome. In parallel, I studied acting at SAT, Stage Training School, in Rome and I attended a Psychodrama workshop with Ferruccio Di Cori.In 1994 I made my debut as an actress at the Taormina’s Greek Theater with the tragedy by A.Miller A View from the Bridge, directed by T. Cassano, where I played Catherine, innocent cause of the passion of his uncle Eddie Carbone, played by Michele Placido. On stage I also worked, among others, in Try to call, by Hal Salwen, directed by Pino Quartullo, and in Liolà, by L. Pirandello, playing Tuzza, directed by Gigi Proietti.My film debut came in 1996 with Five days of storm, directed by F. Calogero, followed by, among others, Terra Bruciata by F. Segatori, Vendetta by Dennis Berry. I had the pleasure to work close to actors as Joe Mantegna, Emmanuelle Seigner, Henry Cavill, Armin Mueller-Stahl, Giancarlo Giannini, Sergio Castellitto, Burt Young.I also worked as a leading actress for television series, as, among others, The savior of San Nicola, by Joseph Sargent, Crusaders, by Dominique Othenin-Girard, Vite a perdere, by Paolo Bianchini, Le tre rose di Eva by R.Mertes, the cult series Boris 2 and 3, by Ciarrapico, Torre and Vendruscolo, etc.In 2008 I realized a short film I wrote, entitled Farfallina (Little butterfly), screened and winning at various festivals. In 2017 arrives my first feature film as a director, Una gita a Roma (An outing to Rome), with Claudia Cardinale and Philippe Leroy and with the music by the Oscar Prize Winner Nicola Piovani, nominated Best Show, Best Debut Film and winning as Best Foreign Film at FEFF2016 in Toronto, Audience Award at RIFF2017 in Moscow and 11 more national and internazional prizes and honours.
