I am an LCSW-C. I have had 15 years of experience in the field of social work. I have worked in private practice, schools, and residential settings. I have experience treating individuals, couples, families, groups, children, adolescents, and adults. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients help themselves. I use a client-centered treatment approach drawing techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Motivational Interviewing. I also have experience in management and team leading. I have an interest in assisting other mental health practitioners in their professional growth. My certifications include being a Certified Clinical Supervisor and Certified Financial Social Worker. I am currently providing virtual psychotherapy services to individuals ages 18 and older, located in MD, coping with mood disorders and life transitions.
