Managed a budget of $2.5M with a staff of 5 and up to 10 contractor roles. Reported to the Managing Director.Successfully implemented new hybrid delivery models of Live & Virtual for the festival in Canada and the USA, exceeding forecast revenue by 150% during COVID-19 in 2020 with very limited staff and production capacity.Analyzed existing programs and end-user software, resulting in successfully introducing new products, and modifying existing ones to streamline processes, which reduced workloads for specific processes by 40%.Reviewed and assessed existing processes in the areas of legal, finance, delivery and production, and implemented changes to ensure future success.

Managed day-to-day operations for all media needs of the arts programming including Banff Centre flagship presenting events, conferences, external clients, and cultural and indigenous leadership. (Central artist support, videos, images, graphics & animation projects, audio recordings, post-production, all festival and world tour branded assets and third party film content). Evaluated operational trends, liaised and networked with government representatives and private sector stakeholders to support the Centre's digital media strategy and its 5-year plan.Met financial targets with close monitoring of expenses, labor hours and supply. Exceeded financial targets through added media services for external partners.Developed and implemented training strategies for student programs and professional development for media staff, ensuring Banff Centre and student learning goals were met and regularly evaluated.
