About Karin Vickberg

I am currently working as a microbiologist at Gradientech AB in Uppsala. Earlier, I have been working as an infection biologist at the Uppsala University Hospital's antibiotic research department. I was studying antibiotic combinations in order to eliminate infections caused by multi-drug resistant bacteria. l also studied the anti-fungal drug caspofungin and was involved in studies in animal models. I have a Master in Medical Science, Infection Biology, and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology.
