Current- Obtained highly competitive grant from the European Commission (2024-2026). The project in Cambodia is promoting smallholder farmers to advocate for their own rights, impacting 82.500 people. Fulfilled role of Lead Technical writer and Donor Compliance; - Obtained highly competitive grant from Aqua for All (2022-2024). The project in Uganda combines the logistics of water delivery with that of milk collection, hence a reverse water supply chain will be constructed. Fulfilled role of Strategy Lead, Technical writer and Donor Compliance; - Fundraised €1.4M from the Government of Flanders for a project serving 14,000 farming families working in the groundnut and beef value chain in Malawi (2022-2027). Involved in the identification and strategic positioning, and responsible for proposal design in the role of Strategic Lead and Technical Writer;- Portfolio management of strategic European donors. Staying up to date with trends, thematic focus, pipeline/ funding opportunities. Involved in drafting and execution of engagement strategies vis-à-vis these donors on HQ level and in-country;- Developing and cultivating partnerships in The Netherlands and Europe with relevant governments, civil society organizations, knowledge institutes and private sector players. Building and maintaining a network with other Business Developers, both internally and externally;- Providing capacity building training on working with institutional donors to in-country staff;- Contributing to strategy development of Heifer Nederland and the wider Heifer family.
