-Involvement in completion of account payable control, preparation of company and subsidiary financial accounts, and preparation of accounts analysis at the month ending;-Revenue and receivable recognition of Global Sourcing Fairs (GSF) and Chinese Global Sourcing On-line(c-GSOL) products;-Preparation of sales commission of all subsidiaries in South and West China.

-Arrangement of reimbursement and payment requests, preparation of cash journals and bank deposit journals, prepare of bank reconciliation reports and weekly cash reports;-Preparation of the fixed assets depreciation and preparation of subsidiary financial accounts of recurring expense. CNY and USD Monthly Collection from English Global Source On-line(e-GSOL) products, adjustments of clients’ payment status in system, and issue CNY and USD invoices/receipts;-Dr. and Cr. Adjustment for advertiser's billings and collections, and preparation of the outstanding report about the online customers and the performance analysis report based on last month's collections;-Preparation of the sales agency commission on monthly basis, and involvement in preparation of sales commission of South China.

-External bank statement booking and bank balance reconciliation, and national sweeping & funding and international remittance cross-booking under both external bank and in-house bank book;-In-house bank booking and reconciliation, and special booking under company pool for AR invoice reconciliation (freight collection part), which settle the payment application under customer accounts, meanwhile booking in In-house bank general ledger accounts.
