I am a yoga and meditation teacher with over 13 years experience bringing light, love and movement to Prague's English-speaking community. I run regular in-person and online classes and workshops, as well as very popular weekend wellness retreats all over the Czech Republic. My previous background in professional services and HR gives me a unique insight in how to help companies and individuals manage the myriad stresses of corporate life. I have helped companies such as Microsoft, Home Credit, Axis and DHL with their employee wellness programs, providing in-person and online yoga, meditation and wellness sessions.You'll find me living in Prague with my husband, 2 feisty sons and an ancient cat, but I am happy to collaborate across borders.
