This role allows me to continually enhance my communication skills, backed by my degree in the field.My career began in 2008 in journalism, where I spent seven years as a video editor and news producer. In 2014, I transitioned into marketing, gaining experience in managing social media for brands and companies of various sizes, creating interactive activities for events, conducting team training sessions, and developing strategies for advertisements and sales campaigns. I was also involved in developing new websites and launching products.In 2022, I joined Agoda, entering the OTA world and the customer experience journey. After less than a year as a customer experience specialist, I advanced to team manager, embarking on a new path in leadership.
