I have 5+ years of experience in the service industry and seek to offer great customer service. I started as a waitress and was promoted into a manager, where I help promote and train managers as well as associates. The most rewarding part about this field is interacting with new individuals and hearing their stories. Currently, I am an Assistant Manager where I use psychological principles to assist individuals in optimizing their financial resources by aiding the sell of their jewelry in handling their essential needs. In addition to utilizing psychological insights to guide individuals through the emotional journey of relinquishing cherished possessions, particularly in cases where items are tied to negative memories or difficult emotional associations. I have successfully obtained an Associates in Science from Broward College and am working towards to a Bachelors Degree of Psychology with a Certificate in Conflict Resolution at Florida International University.
