I switch my job roles from Customer Support Specialist to 3D Animator, because these are the ways I know well I can make people smile. I love helping other people and go above and beyond to help them achieve their goals--not just in work, but this applies in real life as well.In my professional career, I see to it that aside from the job expectations from me I contribute towards the company's growth. With Uber, I created a training manual for the level 1 agents to help them with their calls which decreased the daily escalation calls by 30%.
