I switch my job roles from Customer Support Specialist to 3D Animator, because these are the ways I know well I can make people smile. I love helping other people and go above and beyond to help them achieve their goals--not just in work, but this applies in real life as well.In my professional career, I see to it that aside from the job expectations from me I contribute towards the company's growth. With Uber, I created a training manual for the level 1 agents to help them with their calls which decreased the daily escalation calls by 30%. More smiles for our partners at Uber, more smiles for our level one agents. Same with Qualified Billing and Collections LLC, I worked there as an insurance verifier and I created a database matching the employers to worker's compensation insurances, which made the collection process more efficient.Also, I am an avid learner. I read a new book and I thoroughly enjoy updating my knowledge and developing new skills. This thirst for personal growth applies in my work and in my going the extra mile for the company and especially the customers.
