Project 1: Unified Address Validator (UAV) testing. UAV is a web app that allows you to check if an address exists, taxable, emergency and shipping valid.Project 2: WebFax service testing. WebFax allows you to receive, store and manage faxes (web-based part of the app) as well as send faxes directly from your Windows-based PC (desktop app).Key responsibilities:- functional, smoke and regression testing using REST API (Postman, Swagger);- UI and cross-browser testing including localization and usability (DEV tools);- integration testing (own products with 3rd party systems);- non-functional (performance) testing (checking CPU workload using Linux to make sure an application won`t slow down other processes);- acceptance testing on prod after each release;- executing and maintaining automation on JS in Postman.Software I work with:- bug-tracking system JIRA;- version control system - GIT (git clone/push/pull/checkout/status/branch);- Docker (for creating images and supporting the deployment);- Maven (for building .jar/.war files);- Kubernetes cluster;- WinSCP/ GrayLog (working with logs);- Git Bash (for deploying new builds)- SQL Workbench/Oracle SQL Developer (simple queries to get/sort/change data);- Hazelcast (working with records in cache);- RMQ (observing upcoming events in different queues/confirming consumers receive messages).Additional responsibilities:- mentoring new QA engineers joining the team;- interviewing/hiring new QAs;- establishing testing procedures and creating wiki articles;- communicating with 3rd parties;- participating in product development and features improvement;- creating release notes (taking responsibility to decide if everything is ready for release; writing procedures for cross-team collaboration prior the release).! Working in remote-team (engineers are in SPB, team-lead and management are based in Belleview). Using Scrum agile framework (2-week sprint), participating in demo and retrospectives.

Project: Unite Migration Wizard (UMW) testing.UMW is intended for migrating IP-phone data from various HPBX platforms to Unite ecosystem.Key responsibilities:- functional, smoke, acceptance, regression, UI testing (manual);- TCP/IP configuration;- IP-phone local config files management and migration;- Linux (working with vi/nano editors as well as with the commands such as: ssh, scp, ls, less, tail, sudo, grep, etc)- executing existing automation (java + Selenium)

• Creating new and editing existing KB articles/troubleshooting guides using HTML, CSS.URL: kb.intermedia.net • Performing manual testing of products by the next release• Reporting bugs and participating in discussions with project managers and analysts on how to improve features.
