Subject matter expert on administration of three union contracts, company policies and procedures. Well versed in all aspects of labor and employment laws and regulations to include: ADA/Reasonable Accommodation, Title VII, FMLA, and applicable civil rights and cultural diversity legal findings. Responsible for staff development, evaluations, constructive feedback, discipline and on-going coaching ensuring activities are performed within Collective Bargaining Agreements, all state, federal and legal parameters, department and company policy

Key Responsibilities: *Coordinated the implementation of a new computerized bidding system for the Inflight Services department to increase user satisfaction and resource utilization. *Founded the Inflight Scheduling department whose responsibilities included the scheduling of more than 900 flight attendants to 100+ cities across the United States, Canada and the Bahamas while adhering to the Federal Aviation Administration Regulations. *Participated on the negotiation team of the first successful Flight Attendant Agreement with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. *Participated on the Contract Administration Committee to ensure compliance of the contract by all Comair departments. *Co-managed the on time departure and arrivals of all flights. *Managed four Supervisors and 12 Inflight Schedulers in a 24 hour, 365 days a year operation. *Successfully implemented a flight shut down due to a work stoppage, with minimal disruption to passengers, and re-started the operation after the stoppage had ceased, with zero cancellations.
