Verifying federal id numbers, preparing payments, resolving purchase orders, resolving payment discrepancies and documentation, ensuring credit is applied for outstanding memos for both hotels3. Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions for both hotels

1. Resolve valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries, to ensure accurate billing2. Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential3. Respond to guest inquiries concerning payment and processing

1. Preparing and submitting daily bank deposits as a priority at the beginning of each workday following established policies and procedures2. Prepare change orders, follow property procedures for petty cash, and submit foreign currency3. Conduct monthly internal audits within the property
