During my internship, I developed an image classification system for Alopecia Areata (AA) using machine learning, based on the Severity of Alopecia Tool (SALT), automating the prediction of hair loss percentages and final severity scores from scalp images. My work involved building and refining an AI model to analyze scalp images, calculate hair loss percentages, and provide accurate assessments for each region of the scalp. I collaborated closely with clinical experts to optimize the algorithm's performance, particularly in challenging cases, ensuring high accuracy and reliability.

As an Apple Specialist, my role involved engaging customers through effective probing to identify their unique needs and match them with the most fitting product, providing tailored meaningful solutions and personalised experiences for customers.
